The Venue
Extreme Computing 2002 takes place at The Camden Centre, Bidborough Street, London WC1 (just across the road from Kings Cross station).
It's basically a 900-capacity exhibition hall, with disabled access, a bar and
catering facilities, plus a pub opposite the Bidborough St entrance. And we'll be providing wireless internet access and a "child-friendly area" of some kind.
How to get there:
As it's so close to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations, it's really quite
tempting to try and get there by train or tube.
There are some parking spaces in the area, but
it's central London so they might go pretty quickly (even on a Sunday).
Or, if you're really stuck, there's a 24-hour NCP car park down by
Brunswick Square (page can take a while to load, sorry).
On the right, you can see a map of the neighbourhood, as
provided by The Camden Centre.
And here's how it looks on
Streetmap -
it's off Euston Road, which links up to the A1, the A40, the A13, and other popular
trunk roads.
